1000:1 - Emerging Designer Series

A new addition to the Melbourne Spring Fashion Week Festival, exhibition stylist and curator Connel Chiang selected 12 emerging local designers to exhibit their Spring/Summer ’11 collection.

Held at 1000 £ Bend, Moth transformed the space to accommodate the designers ranges. Mannequins were sculpted from paper tape; a large installation was created upon entry made up of work room stillages and other design studio paraphernalia, setting the mood for the show.
