Australia Pavilion at Federation Square

Moth Design were engaged by the State of Design 2010 to create this mini version of the Australia Pavilion at Federation Square. Didactic panels were also designed displaying images of the Pavillion in situ in Shanghai whilst describing the architecture and also the exhibition design of the structure.

"The pavilion, designed by Melbourne companies Wood Marsh and Think!OTS, is reflective of our ancient landscape. Made of red-ochre weathering steel, standing 20 metres tall and covering a footprint of 4800 square metres, the building in Shanghai will be experienced by more than seven million people over the course of the 184 day Word Expo"
