Channel 9 Birdcage

The design for the striking Nine.com.au Facade at the Flemington VRC Spring Racing Carnival was inspired by the brand’s iconic Nine dots motif, influencing the entire spatial composition. A fusion of soft textured render, white accents, and dynamic curved elements created a harmonious and visually captivating exterior. Inside, the environment flowed organically with textures and soft curves. Guests were greeted by abundant natural light and an atmosphere that invited exploration. A delightful, contrasting surprise awaited on the ground floor: the cozy Snug bar. Upstairs, visitors found a wine bar and intimate seating at the rear, with front windows offering panoramic views of the racetrack. The central bar served as a focal point, adorned with race-inspired aesthetics. The sophisticated palette of elegant neutrals and brand blue was complemented by effervescent brights in the floral arrangements.
